Subscription Policy

1. GENERAL RULES

Please read these Subscription Terms thoroughly and carefully. The purpose of these Subscription Terms is to establish the terms and conditions under which you obtain access to our app and services. Should you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

 

These Subscription Terms are incorporated by reference in the Terms of Use of CasaVista (“CasaVista“, or “us“), and are part of the agreement between you, a user of the website https://www.casavista.ai (“Website”), and the app CasaVista (“App”), and us.

 

Free Trial. Your subscription may include a free trial. During this trial period, your payment method will be authorized for the subscription amount, but you will not be charged. After the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the regular subscription price. You may cancel your free trial at any time before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged. It is your responsibility to keep track of the trial period's end date to avoid unwanted charges. We reserve the right to modify or terminate trial offers at any time without prior notice. 

 

Paid Trial. We may offer a paid trial for the app. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee shown on the payment screen for the selected period. Any trial offer will be clearly indicated on the price screen before checkout. If no trial is indicated, your purchase will be a standard subscription. We may also provide promotional or discounted offers, which may renew at the standard subscription price.

Subscription and Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or as selected at purchase) until cancelled.

 

Payment. Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase at confirmation of purchase. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method that you use.

Cancellation. Canceling your trial or subscription means that the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of the then-current period. Note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions.

 

If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on App Store: You can cancel a trial or a subscription anytime by turning-off autorenewal through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or then-current subscription period. If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on Google Play: You can cancel a trial or a subscription anytime by turning-off auto-renewal through your Google Play account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current subscription period. You alone can manage your subscriptions. If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial on our website: To avoid automatic renewal, cancel your subscription before the end of the current period. You may cancel via your account settings or by emailing support@casavista.ai

 

Refunds. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and in accordance with the Money Back Guarantee below. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. Partial refunds are not provided for cancellations mid-period.


Changes to Fees. We may adjust subscription fees at any time to the maximum extent permitted by law. Reasonable notice of fee changes will be provided via the app, email, or other prominent communication. If you do not wish to pay the revised fees, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

2. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

In addition to any refund rights granted under applicable law, if you purchased directly through our website, you may be eligible for a voluntary refund of your initial payment (“Money-Back Guarantee”) provided that you contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase, before the end of your first subscription period, and all of the conditions listed below are met:

a. You submit your request within 14 days of purchase and before your subscription period ends; and

b. You have used the app for at least seven (7) days in a row and have actively created (generated) interior designs during all of those days.

To demonstrate that you have fulfilled the conditions above, please provide screenshots from the app that prove your progress. You can see your currently activated plan in the Subscription settings in your profile.

IMPORTANT STATEMENT

 

Please note that only fulfillment of all the above requirements allows you to receive a complete voluntary refund under the Money-back guarantee. For the sake of clarity, the Money-back guarantee does not apply to the following cases:

 

  • Personal reasons (you don’t like the product, it did not meet your expectations, etc.);

  • Financial reasons (you did not expect that you would be charged, that the trial would be converted into a subscription, that the subscription would automatically renew, or that the services are paid, etc.).

 

You may still cancel your subscription without a voluntary refund by contacting us through the support email or in your account settings. 

 

We value your feedback and strive for your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund according to the terms outlined herein. Generally, payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless our Money-back Guarantee conditions are fulfilled or if mandated by law. Nevertheless, we may consider and approve certain refund requests on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. A refund can usually be claimed only during the subscription period. If the subscription period has expired before you made a request for a refund, we will not be able to provide you with a refund.

3. NOTE FOR THE EU RESIDENTS

If you are a consumer based in the EEA or Switzerland, you have an automatic legal right to withdraw from contracts for purchases of our services. However, when you make a purchase of a single item of digital content (such as a video recording or a PDF file), you expressly agree that such content is made available to you immediately, and you, therefore, lose your right of withdrawal and will not be eligible for a refund. By signing up for our services, which are not a single item of digital content and are provided on a continuous basis (such as subscriptions to the App), you expressly request and consent to an immediate supply of such service.

 

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal. Where you have not lost your right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you enter into that contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email: support@casavista.ai, of your decision to withdraw from a contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, you need to send your communication to us saying you wish to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.
